Hi there! My name is Taylor and I am a personal trainer in Scottsdale, Arizona! My passion for health and fitness started at the young age of seven when I began my career as a competitive gymnast. I fell in love with the challenge, the discipline, and the mental and physical strength it gave me. I found the gym after I stopped competing right after high school and it became a huge part of my life. My undergrad is in Family/Human Development and I spent six years in Social Work, specifically behavioral health for children. While I loved my time helping children and families in need, I knew my heart was being pulled in a different direction. I wanted to combine both my love for social work and fitness and that is when I decided to get my Master's degree in Exercise Science and switch careers.

My skills and education in social work is something I truly value and implement into my personal training. My background in social work allows me to understand people, behaviors, patterns, and needs. I feel these aspects are crucial when assisting someone through a health and fitness journey, especially when the journey can be difficult at times. My belief is that we are in this together and that fitness is not meant to be done alone.

My approach when working with clients is to create a plan that is SUSTAINABLE for each individual. I believe in teaching awareness and mindfulness to create healthy habits longterm. I don't believe in temporary or short term results. I believe in permanent results that will last. If you invest in me, I invest in you right back. Are you ready?

SERVICES

One on One personal training

A comprehensive and individualized training experience that is designed completely around you, your needs, and your goals.  Everything you need to be successful is included in your training. Each client starts with a thorough consult to be able to create your custom program. Your program will include weekly and monthly goal setting, progress checks with photos, videos, and measurements, supplemental workouts outside of your sessions (if needed), cardio prescription (if needed), nutritional coaching, grocery shopping tips, meal ideas, supplement guide, accountability, support, and unlimited trainer access.

4 weeks:
2 sessions per week: $600
3 sessions per week: $900

Required gym membership: $30 per month

Online personal training

Online training clients receive ALL the same benefits of in person clients.. just without me standing right there!

A comprehensive and individualized training experience that is designed completely around you, your needs, and your goals.  Everything you need to be successful is included in your training. Each client starts with a thorough consult online to be able to create your custom program. Your program is delivered through an app with video demonstrations for all exercises. Training includes weekly and monthly goal setting, progress checks with photos, videos, and measurements, cardio prescription (if needed), nutritional coaching, grocery shopping tips, meal ideas, supplement guide, accountability, support, and unlimited trainer access with FaceTime videos if needed.

4 weeks: $400
Online training weeks are consecutive and can not be paused.

Online training services

Custom exercise programming:
Individualized exercise programming to help you reach your training and physique goals! All you have to do is show up and do the workout! Custom workouts are specifically tailored to you and can include gym, home, and bodyweight workouts, as well as accommodate for limitations or specials needs.
4 weeks: $200

Accountability workouts:
If you want a set workout plan to help you stay on track and accountable, this is for you. All you have to do is show up and complete the workouts!
4 weeks: $100

Trainer access is included for both services for accountability and help along the way. Workouts include video demonstrations. Online training weeks are consecutive and can not be paused.
